2. Bookings and confirmation

• A booking is confirmed when you receive our confirmation email with a booking reference (DTT-…). Until then, availability is not guaranteed.
• You must give accurate names, contact numbers, hotel and flight details. Delays caused by wrong details are not our responsibility.
• Children and infants must be declared at booking so the right seats and vehicles are provided.

3. Prices and payment

• Prices are quoted in US dollars and, for convenience, in Qatari riyals at a fixed rate shown at checkout. Your invoice states the currency you will be charged in.
• Prices include the services listed under "What's included" on the tour page and all applicable taxes. Anything under "What's not included" is payable locally.
• Card payments are processed by Tap Payments; we never see or store your full card number. "Pay later" bookings must be settled before the service starts unless credit terms are agreed in writing.
• Group rates and seasonal supplements are applied automatically to the dates and party size you select.

4. Changes and cancellations

See our Cancellation & Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms. We may cancel or alter a service for safety, weather or events outside our control; in that case you receive a full refund or an alternative date.

5. Your responsibilities

• Be at the agreed pickup point on time. We wait 15 minutes at hotels and 60 minutes after landing at the airport; after that the service may be treated as a no-show.
• Follow the guide's and driver's safety instructions, especially during dune driving, on boats and around camels.
• Carry valid ID, and ensure you meet Qatar's entry and visa requirements — we cannot refund bookings you cannot use because of visa issues.
• Tell us in advance about medical conditions, pregnancy, reduced mobility or dietary needs so we can advise on suitability.

6. Liability

• Our vehicles are licensed and insured under Qatari law and our guides and drivers are Qatar Tourism-certified. Our liability for any claim is limited to the value of the booking unless the law requires otherwise.
• We are not liable for losses caused by events beyond our reasonable control (weather, road closures, strikes, government action, airline delays) or for indirect losses such as missed flights or hotel nights.
• Travel insurance covering cancellation, medical treatment and adventure activities is strongly recommended and is not included.

7. Photos, reviews and content

We may photograph tours for marketing; tell your guide if you prefer not to be included. Reviews you submit may be published with your first name and country. All text, images and code on this website are our property or used under licence.

8. Partner and agency bookings

Travel agencies, hotels and tour operators booking through the Partner Portal act as agents for their clients and are responsible for passing on these terms. Net rates, credit terms and settlement periods are as stated in the partner agreement.

9. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Qatar. We aim to resolve any complaint within 7 days — write to info@dohatransittours.com with your booking reference. Unresolved disputes are subject to the courts of Doha.
